Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 13, 2026
We want everyone to be able to use our website and products. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. If something doesn’t work for you, tell us and we’ll help.
1. What this covers
This statement covers forgecovelabs.com, including our product sales pages, support pages, training guides and policy pages, the ForgeCove Access Center at https://access.forgecovelabs.com/, and the settings screens of our WordPress plugins.
2. How we build our pages
- Pages are built to work with a keyboard, with visible focus outlines.
- Text uses strong contrast and the layout is built to zoom and reflow on small screens.
- Images that carry meaning have text descriptions, and headings and labels are marked up so screen readers can announce them.
- Pages work on phones, and many follow your device’s light or dark setting.
- Motion is reduced when your device asks for reduced motion.
3. Known limitations
- Checkout pages are run by WarriorPlus, our sales partner, and are outside our control.
- Some downloadable PDF manuals may not be fully tagged for screen readers. The same guides are available as web pages in the training center.
4. Report a problem
If you find a barrier, or need information in another format, email support@forgecovelabs.com with the page address and what went wrong. We’ll reply, help you get what you need another way in the meantime, and fix the problem where we can.
5. How we check
We check our pages with automated tools and a keyboard when we change them, and we review this statement at least once a year. This is our own assessment; it has not been audited by an outside company.
