License grant
Subject to payment and compliance, the purchaser receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased product within the activation allowance stated for that offer.
Restrictions
Do not share license keys, distribute product files, resell access, remove licensing controls, or use the product to violate law or third-party rights.
Updates and support
The period and scope of updates and support are determined by the offer presented at purchase. Access may be suspended after a refund, chargeback, fraudulent transaction, or material license violation.
Agency and client use
Client-site use is permitted only when the purchased license explicitly includes that use. White-label, resale, and redistribution rights require separate written authorization.
